The benefits of a plant based diet (health and environmental), have been proven over and over again.


We've all become vegetarian/vegan for various reasons. The point is, we are all here and happy about it! But we're curious over here at VegLife Atlanta, when and how would you approach this topic (going veg)with your friends that happen to eat meat?

How could we forget to tell you about our visit to Harmony Vegetarian Chinese! An awesome time! Though it was on a week night and really cold, quite a few dedicated veggie friends trekked out to enjoy a great meal!
